303. Breakfast! 304. Vineyards speckled with baaing, grazing sheep.  Wineries rent sheep to cut (eat) the grass and fertilize;-) (biodynamic agriculture).  Our first stop was Joseph Phelps winery - they had hundreds of sheep grazing and it was fun to go out onto their terrace and listen to the sheep baa:-)  And the tasting room was gorgeous - they had hundreds of empty, dusty wine bottles lining the shelves in the room, gigantic striking barrels and framed letters from different president administrations - detailing Joseph Phelps wines paired with dinners held at the White House - sort of neat! 305.   Palm trees standing proud smack dab in the middle of a valley.  Next stop...Round Pond Estate.  This was one of my favorites stops on the trip - we toured their olive grove, gardens, barrel room - and then sat out on their gorgeous patio for olive oil/red wine vinegar/wine tastings...and lunch - some of it straight from their garden.  Relaxing to say the very least!  They have my new fa
