The Fighter's

We headed down south to Kings Island to spend Friday afternoon/evening there.  The girls had never been to a BIG amusement park...and were SO excited by the roller coasters and other sites.  They had an absolute blast - riding rides, watching shows and eating fun food.  But Doug and I may have enjoyed it even more!  Nothing brings me more joy than watching my kids have so much fun!    The girls are little dare devels...willing to take on BIG rides.  The faster the better...they are my girls!!!  Ava even rode the Beastie with me and loved it!  I am such a roller coaster fan...I am so excited that they love them too!! After Kings Island we stayed at a hotel...the girls just kept saying "WOW" as we walked in.  Doesn't take much:-)  They loved the fish pond that ran through the hotel and were so excited to have a family "sleep over".  We swam in the pool the next day and then went over to Grandpa Fighter's to visit for the day.  The girls had fun seeing Grandpa

Lou has been talking more and more each day...and today she said her first full sentence:-)  I actually think she was saying it over the weekend, but today we could really make it out....she kept saying "I sit by you." and climbing up next to me on a chair or in the couch with a big grin.  Then she said "I sit by Ava"...and climbed up next to her in the chair.  A few other fun Olivia things... She yells out "happy" and smiles with a big grin.  She's starting to know colors...she has yellow, pink, blue and purple down:-) She also is starting to count to 10...skips a few along the way but able to get most of them.  Maybe she'll be in the Math club like her dad was:-) She's no longer sitting in a baby seat at the table...prefers to kneel and sit like a "ig url".  She is also using her fork like a champ...and starting to drink from a big girl cup.  She also likes to dump her big girl cup! She sings like crazy to songs in the car...
