Easter 2017
Easter Morning 2017. Sunny, bright, joy. We were up early and the girls found baskets from the Easter Bunny who visits in Hawaii too! Then we were off to a Hawaiian sunrise service at a Lutheran church located about 20 minutes North of our hotel. The service was outside, simple and beautiful. Don't the girls look pretty in their Easter dresses :-) After church, we drove back for a quick breakfast and headed to Maluaka Beach. We pulled into the parking lot and there were chickens and across the street there was this sweet church - Keawala'i church - built in 1832. And the church was next to a beautiful beach where we relaxed all morning on this beautiful Easter Day! Sand angel... After the beach we stopped at Bubba's shrimp and dog shack for shrimp and hot dogs. So fun! We got some glimpses of Easter back in Ohio - here's my sweet niece Ella in bunny ears!
