469. Covered in sawdust Saturdays...refinishing our kitchen table & chairs. I'm in my happy place when doing this sort of stuff...love it! Just need to find more time for it! 470. Memories made around a kitchen table. We bought this kitchen table when we were first married - it has had a lot of wear and tear - fondue pot burn marks from our first Christmas together, paint stains and scribbles from the girls' art endeavors, scratches from setting the girls' baby bouncers on top of it... I hate to get rid of those marks - but it was desperately in need of a little TLC. Thankful the structure is in great shape - looking forward to many more years sitting around that table with family and friends...eating, laughing, sharing, being a family and making memories.
